Stress
I have never really handled stress or emotions very well. Any time I worry I become even more insolur. My worry and stress manafests into self loathing a lot of times. I try not to go to the dark side so to speak but I noticed I have been going there a lot lately again. Usually when this happens I get nose bleeds and hiccups. Trying to convince myself I’m not a loser and I am worth anything...
